1. Scope of Services:

   • We offer custom CNC plasma cutting, custom welding (aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel), and MIG or TIG welding services. Additionally, we provide power coating services.

2. Quotations and Estimates:

   • Quotations and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the final cost.

3. Payment Terms:

   • Payment terms are agreed upon before the commencement of any project. A deposit may be required for larger projects, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation:

   • Clients must provide reasonable notice for project cancellations. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply.

5. Materials:

   • Clients are responsible for providing or reimbursing the cost of materials. We ensure the highest quality materials are used in fabrication.

6. Intellectual Property:

   • Designs, drawings, and other intellectual property developed by our team remain the property of the fab shop unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Quality Assurance:

   • We strive for excellence in craftsmanship. If there are any concerns or issues with the completed work, please notify us promptly, and we will work to address and resolve them.

8. Turnaround Time:

   • Project timelines are estimated based on current workload and are subject to change. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

9. Communication:

   • Efficient communication is key. We encourage clients to contact us via email or phone for any inquiries, changes, or updates related to their projects.

10. Liability:

    • While we take utmost care in our work, the fab shop is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services.

11. Safety:

    • Safety is a top priority. Clients are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and recommendations provided during the fabrication process.

12. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the fab shop is located.
